The luxury bedding and cleanliness of the room made for a comfortable stay, and the availability of Netflix was a delightful touch after long days of exploring.
The absence of an elevator was quite challenging, especially when carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor.

Had an amazing time exploring Krakow with my family! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Market Square and across from many charming restaurants. We absolutely loved the cleanliness of our Deluxe Triple Room, and the complimentary toiletries in the lobby were a nice touch. I will also remember how the lovely staff made my daughter feel special by gifting her a chocolate bar, which truly made our stay memorable! One thing to note, carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor was quite a workout, but the staff did offer to help, making it a little easier for us.

The hotel is centrally located near major attractions.
I found the lack of an elevator quite challenging, especially when carrying my luggage up to the third floor. The noise from nearby cafes greatly disturbed my sleep, particularly on the weekend. It would have been nice to have more soundproofing to block out the weekend party goers.

The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the city. Staff went above and beyond, accommodating our needs and even providing complimentary toiletries, which was a nice touch. The spacious Deluxe Triple Room was exceptionally clean and featured a lovely shower. The only drawback was the absence of an in-room coffee machine, which would have been a convenient addition. Breakfast options nearby were delightful, especially the meat dishes.

great location just a few mins from Stare Miasto, the room was super clean every day, and the comfy bed made for a good night's sleep. staff was really helpful with our bags up the stairs and always there with nice tea and coffee in the lobby. Loved the breakfast spot nearby. sooo yummy!
one downside was no elevator since it's an old building, and parking was a bit of a hassle too, we had to walk 10 mins to find a spot.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious, way bigger than the pics. Super central near Stare Miasto. We loved the free Wi-Fi and AC. Had a fridge, flat-screen TV, and even a kettle. The walk-in shower was great, and the soundproofing worked well. Will definitely book again for another weekend getaway.

The location's a perfect jump-off point for exploring Krakow, just a quick stroll to the main square. The room was spotless and seriously spacious, with a super comfy bed and a solid shower. Plus, there's a fantastic little self-service restaurant right across the street serving up tasty Polish dishes. Always a cozy vibe, especially with helpful staff around!
Everything exceeded my hopes.
